Life is so full of activity that it can feel difficult, if not impossible, to slow down, pause, turn attention inward and ask - what do I really need?

 

Many of us begin the year or mark the turn of the seasons by setting intentions on how we want things to be different and to make better choices but quickly life takes over and we find ourselves in familiar places once more.  That is why creating dedicated time and space to step out of the routine of everyday life and open to what else is possible is such a wonderful way to nourish and nurture and build inner resources for the journey ahead.   Combining nourishment for the soul and the mind through meditation with nurturing the body through yoga is a wonderful combination.  

 

Susan Grandfield is a coach, a guide and a facilitator of inner growth and transformation.  She has found that life can be experienced with more ease, freedom and joy by turning attention inwards and discovering who we really are beyond the programmes and mind chatter.  Her intention is to help people create a bridge between the self-discovery that comes from the inner journey and bringing that into practice in everyday life.

Tina strongly believes that just a few minutes yoga a day can bring more balance and harmony to your life. Tina’s classes will ground you, challenge you to focus on the moment and connect your mind, body and breath. As a Physical Education Teacher in Secondary Schools for twenty three years Tina strongly believes in creating inclusive and welcoming classes for all. There is a strong sense of support and kindness that runs through all Tina’s retreats, workshops and classes.
