f you are looking for a weekend of good company, wild swimming, healthy diet and mindful yoga then this is the one for you!

Cold Water STA UWS qualified Therapist Jenny will lead an informative workshop on wild swimming covering all the safety basics, aimed at beginners and those with more experience.

We will take you to isolated beauty spots where you will barely see anyone and where the cold water really will leave you feeling invigorated, clear and refreshed.

In our morning and evening yoga classes, and in the water, we will focus on looking after ourselves, balance and bravery.

Cold water boosts the metabolism so our delicious home cooked meals are sure to go down a treat! We will end each day with Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling utterly relaxed.
